| Back to List of Proposed Amendments Commerce Amendment Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 of the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed. Congress shall not have the authority to regulate commerce among the several states. Congress shall not have the authority to regulate commerce with foreign nations, except for armaments. |
