Spirals of Change
Certainly the most influential teacher of my life has been Michio Kushi. I have read countless books, articles, and essays by him over the last 25 years, but perhaps the most important were the seminars I attended with him in the Berkshires between 1985 and 1998. Now I am able to share with you some of his teachings in his voice, through the recordings recently published by Kushi Publications.
